Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic Annual Conference, which was scheduled to take place in May, was cancelled. We are now pleased to inform you that the Annual Conference will be held digitally on Saturday 19 September 2020.
Our Branches are represented by delegates who are able to vote on motions and Charter motions and have their say during the Membership Forum.
Registration for this year's online Annual Conference is now closed.
The agenda will include the results of motions voted on by Branch delegates, the Annual Report and Accounts presentation, updates from key areas, and the Membership Forum.
With a formal agenda offering the chance to hear from our Directors and National Officers, delegates will be able to listen and deliberate on areas that help to shape our charitable work. Prior to the start of the online live event, Branch delegates will also have the opportunity to discuss and vote on Charter motions and motions that were submitted by the membership body through their Branches and County/Districts.
The membership forum gives our attendees a chance to have their questions answered by our panel. Anyone may submit a question during the event but we encourage questions to be submitted in advance by emailing the team to help ensure there is enough time to answer as many as possible.
The National Awards for achievements in areas such as recruitment, progress, and fundraising will be awarded at the online Annual Conference. The awards include the National Certificate of Appreciation, the highest award available for an individual member, and the National Chairman’s Award, which will be sent to winners after the conference. It is a chance to celebrate members, branches, clubs, and county/districts for their hard work over the last year.
Future conferences will be held on the following dates at the following locations
